Engagement process
This page describes how we move from your first message to a signed scope for workflow automation work. It complements the services overview and reflects how we actually operate—no generic product funnel.
1. Intake via the inquiry form
You tell us which systems are involved, what triggers the workflow, and where failures hurt today. We reply by email, usually within two business days, with clarifying questions—not a canned deck.
2. Fit and confidentiality
If the problem needs skills we do not offer, we say so early. When data sensitivity matters, we agree on staging access, redacted samples, and whether an NDA is required before repository access.
3. Discovery block (paid or bundled)
For non-trivial automation we schedule a short discovery block: diagram current states, list external APIs, and estimate risk areas (rate limits, idempotency, auth rotation). Discovery may be a mini-engagement or the first milestone of a larger project depending on complexity.
4. Written scope and commercial terms
We send a statement of work describing deliverables, timeline bands, acceptance checks, and payment milestones. Prices are not listed on this site because each stack differs; the proposal states fees in THB or USD as you prefer.
5. Build, review, hand-off
Implementation proceeds in small increments with demos against staging. Hand-off includes repositories, configuration notes, and monitoring suggestions your operators can own.
6. Optional follow-on advisory
After launch, you may book advisory hours for API changes or new branches of the workflow without committing to another full project.
