1. Scope
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit startflow-hub.digital or submit an inquiry about programming consulting and workflow automation services. It is written for visitors in Thailand and follows the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) framing.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this site.
3. Legal bases
We process inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest and contractual steps at your request before a consulting agreement exists. Consent choices for the banner are stored based on your selection.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or disputes. Consent strings in localStorage remain until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry content is handled by our same-domain form endpoint (/api/inquiry) on servers we control. Processors (such as email or ticketing tools) are used only if needed to respond and are bound by confidentiality terms.
6. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed in Thailand where our head office is located. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for storage that relies on consent. Contact us using the details below. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
8. Security
We use TLS, access controls, and least-privilege practices on systems that store inquiries. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending secrets through the open message field.
