Refund policy
Status: Proposed standard terms — pending business confirmation of exact windows and percentages.
Applicability
This policy applies to paid programming consulting delivered through scoped project engagements and advisory sessions arranged by StartFlow Hub Software Consulting Co., Ltd. Inquiry through the website is free; fees apply only after you accept a written proposal.
Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
- We cancel a scheduled advisory session without offering a reasonable reschedule
- A prepaid milestone has not started and you cancel in writing within the notice period stated in your statement of work
- Deliverables materially diverge from an agreed written scope and cannot be remedied within a cure period
Refunds are not typically available for work already performed, accepted deliverables, or third-party fees we incurred on your behalf.
Timeframes
Unless your contract states otherwise (proposed default):
- Advisory sessions: Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full credit or reschedule; shorter notice may forfeit the session fee.
- Project deposits: Refundable within 7 days of payment if discovery has not begun; after discovery starts, the deposit applies to work performed.
- Milestone payments: Evaluated per milestone acceptance criteria in your statement of work.
Process
Email info@startflow-hub.digital or call +66-2-000-2302 with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We respond within ten business days with a decision or request for additional information.
Method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer in THB within fourteen business days of approval.
Non-refundable items
Examples include: completed advisory time, accepted code deliveries, rush fees, non-returnable vendor licenses, and travel already incurred with your approval.
Disputes
We prefer good-faith discussion before formal dispute channels. Thai consumer protection laws may grant additional rights for qualifying transactions.
